Trent Archery Club 2015 Update
Dear returning students, new students, or previous member of Trent Archery Club,
Trent Archery Club would like to make a few announcements:
First: We ask if you would not like to hear from the group any more please send us an email to be removed from the email list. We will remove your email from the email list as soon as possible, you don’t need to give us a reason for the removal, just an email requesting removal.
Second: To the regular students who have been coming out to Thursday night practices; this weeks practice: Thursday the 10th 2015 will be CANCELLED. This means if you come to do archery this week one of three things may happen: 1. No one will be there. 2. You might meet Scott and Michelle and still without our coaches/range officers you will not be allowed to shoot. 3. The executive will still be there and will turn you away because we have an executive meeting and there is no shooting that night.
Third: Information. A more informative email is set to be sent out when our secretary returns from her holiday with all the details and information regarding membership and times of shooting, storage etc.
Fourth: Trent Archery Club has a booth at Clubs and Groups day Wednesday September the 16th 2015, come see us, get a pamphlet meet your executive and coaches, have some fun.
Fifth: The Trent Archery email is to be used as a way to communicate with the coaches, executive or club directly, this means if you do have a question that a mass email didn’t cover; feel free to send us an email and we’ll try to answer it in three days at most. Sometimes we will not answer your email for reasons for example if you ask for more information…. I already placed in number three the third point of this list that a more detailed list will be sent out at a later date. If you didn’t read that, that’s your fault.
